Who we are

We're a proudly northern charity working in collaboration with schools, colleges and education providers to transform lives through tutoring in Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire and Merseyside.

Register your school or college's interest in tutoring

We are an award-winning charity working collaboratively with state schools, colleges and other education providers to support young people to achieve their potential. From supporting the youngest learners in Reception, where we tutor phonics, to post-16 students taking maths and English resits, we now work alongside learners from the early days of primary school to Key Stage 5.

Working in partnership, we focus on tackling educational inequity by making sure every young person who needs some additional academic support can access a great tutor. Our mission is simple: to transform lives through tutoring.

We operate in various towns and cities across Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, and Merseyside – recruiting and training individuals who share our vision and values and who want to make a difference in their local community.  Whilst our tutors are, predominantly, students and graduates from local universities, we also welcome qualified teachers and professionals looking for a fresh challenge. All tutors share our values, and many of our tutors and staff team grew up in the communities we serve. This local knowledge also brings a greater understanding of the needs of the young people we support.
