Primary Tutor of the Year Lucy Moreau said:

I think one of the important things about The Tutor Trust is not just the opportunities it provides for the pupils, but the opportunities for the tutors too. I will always be grateful for the chances tutoring gave me; a second career, the confidence to stay in academia and the opportunity of working with Shakespeare North Theatre none of which would have been possible without The Tutor Trust. I feel very lucky."
Lucy Moreau, Merseyside Primary Tutor of the Year

Speaking at the event, Merseyside Strategic Partnership Manager Steffani Wardell said:

Our tutors make what we do every day possible, and we’ve been so impressed with the dedication and hard work that’s been shown by all of our tutors over past year. Our winners are so deserving and I’m delighted that their efforts have been recognised not just by Tutor Trust colleagues but also by pupils and partners.”

Invest in tutoring

We had an amazing time celebrating all of our tutor's successes across the region. They are amazing, but we need more support to ensure we can offer our services to more young people into the future. Help us to continue to invest in providing the best tutors to young people in the North.
