The Quality and Impact Team at Tutor Trust provide quality assurance for our tutoring programmes to maximise the positive impact on our pupils. The team also analyses data from our programmes to understand the impact we are having, and to drive continuous improvement in all that we do.

How much you could earn

At Tutor Trust, we pay our tutors a minimum of £22 to plan and deliver each hour-long tutoring session. A higher rate of pay is available for those holding qualified teacher status (QTS). Use our calculator to find out how much you could earn.

Our impact in primary schools

Tutor Trust's primary school programmes have a strong evidence base. A large-scale randomised control trial conducted by the Education Endowment Foundation found that Year 6 pupils receiving maths tutoring from Tutor Trust made three months of additional progress compared with their peers.
